Exchange & Returns
To ensure the health and safety of our customers, and in accordance with the Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations regarding consumable food and personal care items:
- Non-Returnable Products: For hygiene and public health safety reasons, products such as herbs, spices, dietary supplements, and open skincare or haircare items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
- Eligible Cases for Return/Exchange:
- If the product received is damaged, defective, or expired.
- If you received an incorrect product that does not match your original order.
- Timeframe: Any damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Shipping Fees: 1000 Oshbah will bear all shipping costs if the return is due to our error or product damage. However, the customer will bear the shipping costs if they wish to cancel the order before it is dispatched to the shipping company.
